I Need to Lose Weight: Hungry Girl
I think we all eternally tell ourselves that we need to lose weight. But, diets are impossible to stick to! I have found that the easiest way is to find healthy food choices that TASTE GOOD, which ends up changing your eating habits, and leading to weight loss without agonizing over it. Why punish yourself? Don’t focus on the things you can’t eat, just learn to find things that you can eat that are still fun.
One of my favorite sources is Hungry Girl. She has a website, as well as several books out that have quick and easy recipes for real women that are low calorie and still taste good. I recommend “Hungry Girl 1-2-3” as a great book full of easy recipes that have the nutritional info provided, so you know how many calories/protein/carbs you are getting.
